Tuesday Quote

"...If we spend too much of our energy trying to run the universe, we won't have much energy left for living joyfully.
That's why we need the priceless childhood treasure of trust--not foolish gullibility, but a comfortable willingness to let life work itself out without our continual tinkering and second-guessing and hedging our bets."

From "Lightposts for Living" by Thomas Kinkade

That's a lovely and very wise qoute! most of us do worry over things we have no control over at all. I'm not much of a worrier! It has never helped and only keeps me awake at night!~

I am so quilty of that........ One of the things that I have had to turn over to the Lord (several times)......... I am a fixer, and I have learned the hard way that there are some things that cannot be fixed!!! Now I can take a deep breath and enjoy the rest of my life............

Have a "smell the roses" rest of the week.........
