I love this book! It's been a companion since 1994, to encourage me to look for the good and realize that I have the power to focus on what is positive.

I had to read that twice to understand it..... How wonderful it is to know that joy comes from the inside of us..... and it is a choice we make... I had to make that choice back in the 80's and early 90's... and it changed my life....... I love your quotes... few words but powerful message....:)

I love your quote. Reminds me of Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
